If you are interested in commissioning me then please get in touch. There are many considerations to make when commissioning a painting and I am always happy to give advice.

My preference is to work from life over a series of sittings. However, I am able to use photographs when this is not possible, for example in the case of child portraits. It is desirable that I meet with the subject, so if the portrait is for a gift then I am happy to provide a gift voucher.

I am currently based in Auckland, NewZealand and I am happy to invite sitters into my studio. However, I often work with sitters in their own home as this gives a more personal background to the painting. I am always willing to travel for commissions.
